Office Assistant / Office Support
On site office-based position at The Plaza, Old Hall Street, Liverpool
Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility required between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

We are currently going through a phase of rapid growth and have relocated to larger premises in the city's commercial and business district so now really is a fantastic time to join us.
This is not a traditional reception role. You won't be sat at a reception desk all day waiting for someone or something to do. Firstly because we don't have a reception desk and secondly because we want you to be proactive and use your initiative to see what can be done next.
You will be comfortable taking telephone calls, meeting and greeting clients, arranging meeting rooms, catering, tidying up, helping with administrative tasks, ordering stationery, coordinating client visitors and overall helping to elevate your colleagues' daily experiences, as well as enhancing our client experience.
You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues, and taking pride in the quality of the service you deliver to clients and colleagues alike.
Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are necessary.
Your experience with clients, working in events, hospitality, retail or something similar would certainly be relevant.
You are friendly, approachable and down-to-earth as well as being highly organised and flexible, these are all key requirements for the role.
