Carey Cleaning Machines is a leading provider of cleaning machines in Northern Ireland with a rapidly expanding business in the Republic of Ireland. It has a reputation for solving cleaning problems, providing innovative technology and first-class service to customers. As part of its expansion plans, it now wishes to add a Service Coordinator to the team.
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee our customer service team and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to analyse customer feedback effectively.
Duties
1. Handling customer service calls
2. Analyse customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
3. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
4. Planning and scheduling engineers’ workloads
5. Manage and supervise the customer service team
6. Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed
7. Prepare quotes and follow up (small jobs)
8. Optimise contract work schedules
9. Monitor contractual performance (SLAs/KPIs etc.)
10. Set stock policies (minimum stock levels etc.)
11. Work with engineers to ensure optimum van stock of high turnover parts
12. Coordinate the hire fleet
13. Health & Safety compliance
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a customer service role
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
3. Excellent communication abilities
4. Ability to analyse data and drive improvements in service quality
5. Comfortable working with IT-based planning systems
6. A self-motivated team player with high attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
