The Position:
The Nuclear Project Coordinator Co-op will provide scheduling and administrative support to the members of the PMO department. Working with the PMO Leadership and Project Managers, the incumbent will offer administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Assist in maintaining and refining the electronic files system and standard documents using Microsoft Office and other software.
2. Support the creation of the MS Project schedule throughout the planning phase of the project life cycle.
3. Complete administrative functions of the Project Management department including (but not limited to) preparation of documents in coordination with administration and project checklists.
4. Ensure all project documentation is complete and filed.
5. Assist in maintaining project-controlled documents.
6. Preparing shipping documents for projects.
7. Maintain departmental procedures.
8. Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Project.
3. SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD would be a definite asset.
4. Preference given to PMI candidates.
