Working towards CIPD Level 5 Talent Acquisition Specialist, UK & International

To ensure customer satisfaction remains a key priority, we are building a Retention Specialist team, who will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with existing clients. This is where you come in.
Your role will see you proactively engaging with our clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to ensure their continued satisfaction with their Shred-it services. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in building a newly created department within a well-established, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups to raised issues.
2. Understand our customers' challenges and recommend solutions that align with Shred-it's services and client needs.
3. Proactively reach out to clients to address any concerns or issues, ensuring they are satisfied with the level of service Shred-it is providing.
4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Shred-it services to clients.
5. Collaborate with wider teams to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system (We use Salesforce).
To succeed in this role
1. You’ll have previous experience managing customer complaints within Retentions, Sales Accounts or Customer Service department (Ideally from a B2B background).
2. Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to really listen to customers, provide viable solutions to raised issues and outline what actions will take place to resolve any issues.
3. You’ll be skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone.
4. Previous experience using CRM system Salesforce (Desired but not essential).
5. You’ll be commercially aware, this means having the ability to think on your feet and deliver a profitable proposal to a customer to retain their business.
