This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload of adults diagnosed with substance use disorders. The incumbent is responsible for assessing client needs, developing, implementing and reviewing service plans, and working with NWCSB staff and other community resources in meeting/achieving client service needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited college or university in relevant human services.
2. At least one year of experience working with clients with substance use disorders.
3. Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) eligibility required.
4. Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to provide own transportation as necessary to perform job duties.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
* May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases.
* Must be able to drive for long periods of time to visit clients in and out of the catchment area as needed.
* Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles.
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times.
SALARY: Starting at $52,788.00
