The role is to support the Engineering Manager and Project Management Office in providing an effective and efficient coordination of goods and services to both UK North sites. Checking and chasing overdue orders for timely delivery. Effectively communicating with internal departments regarding order progress and resolving queries related to stock availability, including updating any changes to delivery dates. Administering and maintaining Oracle and Q-Pulse systems. Collaborating with the Procurement function on indirect spend (consumables and non-production materials), sourcing suppliers, and placing orders. Liaising with the Finance team to set up or amend supplier accounts. Raising supplier non-conformances (SNCR's) in the Q-Pulse system. Filing and sending contracts. Performing additional tasks as deemed appropriate by the Company.Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Personal Attributes: Specific Skills or Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle). Excellent organisational, communication, and administration skills.
