As part of the role, you will undergo an annual "fit to work" health check. Role Overview: As an Emergency Response Officer, your primary responsibility will be to respond to emergency calls and provide essential support services. You will play a key role in ensuring that our SONA ethos is upheld, delivering high-quality service to residents, clients, staff, families, and external providers. Our Emergency Response Team is committed to fostering a positive, professional, and engaging atmosphere. You will work in a team environment that encourages nurturing relationships and open communication, while also welcoming and mentoring new employees. You will be at the forefront of our workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency calls promptly and effectively.
