Main duties of the job We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our well established team of Matrons within the Division of Surgery, Women's and Children's Services. You will support the Critical Care portfolio, consisting of a 12-bedded ICU/HDU area and the Critical Care Outreach Team in the delivery of excellent, compassionate care whilst maintaining high professional standards.
