The Role As a Private Client Legal Assistant, you will provide vital support to the Private Client team, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and legal tasks while delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Assisting fee earners with case management, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal documents. Managing client communications, including responding to inquiries and providing case updates. Organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging client appointments. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and maintaining accurate file records. Supporting the preparation of wills, probate applications, and trusts. Providing administrative support for billing and invoicing processes. About You Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within a Private Client team. Knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning processes. Strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A professional and client-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management software. Desirable Skills: Experience working in a leading law firm.
