Your new company is a global manufacturer looking for a Business Improvement Consultant. This is a new role that has been created as part of the organisation's motivation to drive productivity improvements in their business units.
Your new role:
1. You will support the business in improving existing processes and drive the organization to use advanced methods (lean, six sigma, agile/scrum, innovation).
2. You will lead project managers in planning, executing, and presenting high-impact productivity projects to senior management.
3. Stakeholder engagement experience across business units.
4. You will embed a continuous improvement & productivity culture & mindset change across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. Experience as a Project Manager, Business Improvement.
2. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed conclusions.
3. Experience in Six Sigma and/or LEAN methodologies.
4. Project Management skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
