Salary: £28,000
Full time permanent - normal business hours - Monday / Friday
Hybrid WFH 3/2 option after 6 months

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in a Customer Client Coordinator role. You will be the first point of contact for customers and work as a liaison between the internal account managers, planners and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Answering and processing all incoming sales calls and emails
2. Following up via call or email to all prospects and quotes
3. Manage a busy inbox to ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and effectively
4. Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
5. Provide stock reports and handle stock queries
6. Provide courier tracking status and updates to customers
7. Communicate with customers using phone or email
8. Build trust and loyalty with customers, going the extra mile to exceed customers' expectations
9. Liaise with internal departments to deliver customer's expectations
10. Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required
Person Specification:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft / Excel applications
3. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
