Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Inchinnan, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation whilst supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day operations. Support the senior kitchen team in the daily running of kitchen operations Work across all sections of the kitchen, demonstrating proficiency in preparing a wide variety of dishes for events and restaurant service Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to our established recipes and standards Mentor and train Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, fostering their professional growth and development Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and inspiring culinary ideas for events and hospitality Assist in stock rotation, inventory management, and minimising food waste Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table Demonstrate flexibility in covering various kitchen stations as needed
