We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take up a leadership role within our customer operation. We’ll expect you to continually monitor performance, empower your people and embed strong governance across your teams. You’ll be all over your resource vs demand planning and underpin your decision making with insightful MI, while taking ownership for regulatory and risk management across the department. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Leadership experience in a large-scale customer services environment, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry Knowledge and experience of operational risk management Budget management experience with an eye for numbers A track record of delivering change and continuous improvement. The ability to inspire others and embed a customer-centric culture. It’d also be great (but not essential) if you’ve got: Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements related to pension products. Formal training or qualifications in project management and change delivery Knowledge of FCA Sourcebook T&C requirements What’s in it for you?
