Are you a highly experienced administrator with a background in financial services?
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrator to join our client's friendly and professional team in Godalming. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting advisors and managers, and delivering exceptional client service!
The role of Part-Time Hybrid Administrator:
* Creating annual meeting review packs.
* Sending out advice letters to clients.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings.
* Planning and organising campaigns.
* Checking compliance files to ensure regulatory standards are met.
* Managing client emails and updating the CRM system efficiently.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and data for planning.
The ideal Part-Time Hybrid Administrator:
* Previous experience working within financial services.
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and confident in handling compliance processes.
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience with CRM systems and data management.
* Self-sufficient and proactive, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A team player with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
