This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes who enjoys hands-on admin working and mentoring others.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and support day-to-day pension administration tasks
* Handle and review complex benefit calculations
* Check and support the work of junior team members
* Monitor processes, meet deadlines, and help improve team efficiency
* Take part in client meetings and respond to queries
* Work closely with other teams across the business
* Support and coach junior colleagues within the team
Key skills and experience required:
* Previous / current pensions administration experience in DC.
* Confident in performing daily manual calculations and checking other colleagues work.
* A good understanding of pensions legislation
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills.
* Proficient in using Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams etc.
