A niche Lichfield based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the busy practice on a full time basis. You will be managing a varied workload, encompassing the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. Experience required 1-3 years PQE in this area of work either as a solicitor or licenced conveyancer although newly qualified conveyancers will be considered depending on the level of training received. You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of conveyancing services including sales, purchases, re-mortgage work, residential development and landlord and tenant related issues.
