You should have a proven track record of leading on quality improvement and have professional credibility to ensure that there is a strong clinical voice at the Board and in the wider system. You will actively deputise for the Director of Nursing for this function across their full portfolio and play a key role in the delivery of the ICB strategic objectives and the development and delivery of relevant strategies.
