Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time reception administrator to work at Chelmer Medical Partnership in Chelmsford. The role is offered on a part-time basis working Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm.Candidates will be required to work across three sites, Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery. In this essential front-line position, the role is responsible for ensuring that appointment bookings are well-managed, a safe high-quality service is delivered to our patients, patient queries are answered and administration work is completed to a high standard. The successful candidate must be flexible to be able to work extra hours to support colleagues sickness and holiday absence. Main duties of the job General practice is a challenging environment that requires a calm and caring approach with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service/patient experience and offers excellent communication skills.
