JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individual learning plans based on students' needs
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to support academic progress
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and resources
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in SEN education
* Experience working in a diverse classroom environment
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Potential interaction with students, parents, and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
