E are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Co-ordinator to join our team, based out of our Huntingdon office with a hybrid working approach. In this important role, you will work closely with the Head of Organisational Development and Change, senior business leaders, M&A project teams, and HR departments to support the smooth integration of new acquisitions into the business. You will assist with due diligence, help with the overall onboarding process, and ensure a positive employee experience during transitions. Occasional travel across the UK may be required. Key Responsibilities as our HR Co-ordinator: Own the people and culture integration process on acquisition projects. Support the people and culture integration process for acquisition projects. Assist in defining and delivering integration project plans for acquisitions. Collaborate with M&A, Integration teams, HR Operations, payroll, and HRBPs to support effective integration. Provide communication support to the business leadership team sponsoring the acquisition. Support the acquiring business’s senior leadership team through the integration process and ensure best possible employee experience for incoming employees. Support on the TUPE consultation process and communication at exchange and completion. Support on central services integration and support the growth model review process. Gain a thorough understanding of the acquiring business’s payroll and pension processes and providers and assist with the integration plans. Prepare a thorough handover for the HRBP of the client area to be able to take-over supporting further integration and performance in Jensten. About you: The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a keen interest in supporting M&A activities. You will also be or have: Experience in an HR Co-ordinator role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations. A strong desire to gain experience within M&A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
