I am recruiting for an IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager for an award-winning tour operator who creates bespoke holidays to destinations around the world based in Surrey.
The role is hybrid working.

Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
Ensure the IT infrastructure is efficient and resilient using a combination of 3rd party vendors and an in-house team.
Act as an escalation point for technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to the team.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to support a range of IT systems and applications.
Identify training needs and areas for improvement within the business.
Use knowledge to act as 2nd line in-house support and assist as necessary with 1st line technical support.
2. Project Management:
Assist with project work supporting the business.
Scoping out and planning of technical projects ensuring smooth integrations with existing architecture.
3. GDPR, Regulatory & Security compliance:
Ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance with relevant legislation maintaining appropriate security protocols.
Maintenance of PCI compliance.
Maintenance of backup procedures & disaster recovery solution.
Ensure GDPR compliance.
4. Service Desk Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the IT Zoho desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Monitor workloads & ticketing to ensure that the business is supported within the agreed SLA.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure support aligns with business objectives.
Ensure that issues are escalated internally and externally and responded to in a timely manner.
6. Budget & Financial Management:
Manage & maintain the IT budget.
Manage the IT Fixed Asset register.
7. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
