Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work in our Sales Administration Team based in the Midlands Hub. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager you will be responsible for the Customer Sales journey on Order to Installation Booking, Retentions, Cancellation conversion to customer.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact Customers post grace period who have placed and order but not scheduled an installation to all for efficient maximisation of the installation calendar
2. Manage retention and renewal of existing customer connections as contracts fall due for renewal to maximise forward cash flow.
3. Report on renewal rates and adhere to KPI's for conversion of existing contracts to new contract terms at target renewal rate.
4. Contact customers who have placed a cancellation vis the portal to check reason for cancellation and offer assistance if it is due to customer journey issues and try and secure the order and installa...
