We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Used Car Manager to join our growing dynamic team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical skills and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
1. Manage Group used car team (administrator and team of buyers)
2. Manage Group used stock - purchases, internal transfers, aged stock, disposals, damage claims
3. Purchasing of used stock for all sites
4. Manage all used buying platforms and systems
5. Manage the Group used processes to maintain consistency, data quality and best practice
6. Manage used marketing and online presence – photo quality, content and advert performance
7. Liaise with external accounts for advertising and systems
8. Liaise with finance companies and manage commercial terms
9. Oversee write-downs on demonstrators and aged stock
10. Produce reporting to review performance & KPI’s, including DOC and stock management
11. Manage customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns
12. Drive best practice and performance through regular site visits
