Manor Park Care Home opens in Summer 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new home. Overlooking the peaceful open fields of Old Malton, Manor Park will be an 80-bed care home, delivering exceptional residential, dementia, and nursing care.

Your Role as Clinical Registered Manager
As the Registered Home Manager, you will take full leadership of the home, ensuring the highest levels of care and compliance while building an excellent reputation in the local community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and maintaining outstanding care standards for residents.
* Supervising, supporting, and training Nurses, Senior Carers, and Care Assistants.
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for residents and their visitors.
* Overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of the home, including budgeting and KPI management.
* Managing relationships with local authorities and external agencies.
* Providing emergency nursing cover when required.

What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Home Manager.
* Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
* Strong financial acumen – ability to manage budgets & KPIs.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations & relevant legislation.
* Experience in dementia care settings is desirable.
* A commercially aware, proactive leader with excellent admin & people skills.
