Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding processes for the UK, CY, and AU. Manage documentation collection, job descriptions, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations; Own and execute new hires' compliance processes, including SMCR and regulatory checks; Assist in managing employment and change letters, maintain employee records, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution; Administer employee benefits programs, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to HR initiatives; Assist with preparing HR reports and analytics; Assist with performance review processes, such as set up, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion. Requirements 1 year relevant experience within an HR Admin role. University degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
