You’ll be introducing new business prospects to J&J Global Fulfilment, showcasing our services and standout tech platform via software demos, but most importantly, showing them how we can help scale their eCommerce business through a successful partnership. You’ll be free to unleash your creativity and innovation to build on your pipeline and increase our client base, so we achieve our high growth plans. We know that great people learn new things quickly, but to hit the ground running and get those deals through the door, the below experience and skills will get you there… -Experienced sales professional with a consultative approach, ideally from an eCommerce / 3PL environment -Can demonstrate an understanding of value added selling -A great eye for the perfect business relationship, and you understand the challenges our clients have -Be able to adapt to both the internal and external sell, making sure our operation is aligned to the needs of the prospects -Willingness to learn, develop and refine your sales skills -You're a natural communicator, with a positive energy -Prior experience using sales tech (e.g. Salesforce and Sales Navigator) Our hiring process -To maintain impartiality in the selection process and prevent bias from influencing shortlisting decisions, all applicants are systematically reviewed blindly by anonymising CV’s -If you’re shortlisted, you’ll have a call with Steph, our Talent Manager -You’ll have an interview or two on site, with Ben, our Head of Sales -You get offered the job & start your amazing new job with James and James At James and James, we welcome and value diversity.
