As part of the Stepped care model as an Assistant Psychologist, you would be able to work with clients with low-level mental health needs using basic counselling, anxiety management, and depression and anxiety techniques. You will provide psychological assessment, formulations, and interventions under the regular clinical supervision of a qualified psychologist. Part of your role will be to deliver structured interventions that you are trained in depending on the clients' needs.
There will be an expectation to partake in service development, audits, and data collection on a regular basis.
