What you will be doing
* Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors to align with HR business processes.
* Collaborate with HR leadership and Operations on configuration and operational needs.
* Manage incident and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
* Support system releases in partnership with the HR Technology team.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system maintenance and updates.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure upgrades and enhancements.
* Maintain system access, perform mass data changes, and ensure data integrity.
* Document processes, procedures, and support materials for system changes and releases.
