Our client requires a legal administrator to provide administrative support to the Private Client department across the firm, proactively liaising with other support staff and fee earners to ensure a high-quality service provision for clients. Dealing with new client enquiries Initiating the creation of, and drafting client care documentation Preparing file notes of work carried out Assist the fee earners and support staff with administration and management of matters Regularly liaise with fee earners over tasks and updating them Keeping the CRM up to date Dealing with all work delegated by fee earners and support staff Regular communication with clients and third parties Producing invoices, taking payments, and liaising with accounts File administration and archiving Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information Legal Administrator – skills and attributes A law graduate or have strong administration experience including preparation of documents, management of CRM client records, etc. MS Word & Outlook experience Excellent communication and telephone manner Enthusiasm to work collaboratively in a team environment Happy to be office based in Farnham 5 days per week Thank you for your application however due to the high volume of candidates applying, if you have not heard back from us within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion
