The Role:
* Adhere to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration.
* Maintain a client-focused approach, developing trusting partnerships with clients.
* Oversee monthly and annual processes, ensuring compliance with customer and legislative requirements.
* Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team.
* Participate in client meetings as needed.
* Handle complex pensions queries and perform manual benefits calculations.
* Support and mentor team members.
* Manage ad hoc projects and exercises.
* Provide expert advice on pensions queries.
* Ensure accurate updating of time recording systems.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
* Experience of current pensions legislation.
* IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
