We are seeking an ICT Product Owner to join our team in this newly created position. In this role, you will assist in shaping the product roadmap and vision, help identify and assess requirements, manage the product backlog, and serve as a passionate advocate for the product. Additionally, you will support leadership with the Power Platform stack, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and opportunities related to the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities of the ICT Product Owner...
1. Work with ICT to define and continuously review the roadmap for the Power Platform and ensure it meets both business and technology objectives, maximising the benefits for Together Housing Group (THG)
2. Drive the identification of enhancements and continuous improvements within the platform, supporting the improvement in value and satisfaction
3. Be accountable for planning, prioritisation and delivery of the platform backlog, working closely with the appropriate stakeholders
4. Manage incidents pre and post rollout
5. Manage & mitigate risks on an ongoing basis
6. Propose innovative ideas for product evolution to enhance the platform's value.
7. Represent the organization at user groups and conferences, providing feedback about any recommended changes that may influence the ICT product roadmap. Participate in all software procurement related to the ICT product roadmap, ensuring that new acquisitions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
8. Maintain and enforce standards and guidelines to ensure the platform is secure and reliable.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant THG ICT policies regarding security and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
10. Communicate with Microsoft to provide input on product enhancements.
11. Collaborate with ICT colleagues to address all platform aspects, including scalability, security, maintainability, and supportability.
12. Regularly engage with Microsoft to stay informed about the latest advancements and features of the platform, identifying their benefits for THG and how to enhance overall maturity of the Power Platform.
13. Work with the Business Improvement Team (BIT) and ICT colleagues to establish activities that promote and elevate awareness of the Power Platform.
14. Host and deliver regular workshops and user groups to promote the awareness and use of the platform and create training sessions as required
15. Stay current with the rapidly changing technology of the Power Platform. Serve as an escalation point for support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues reported across THG. Contribute Power Platform expertise when aiding in the design and development of Power Platform applications. Provide orientation for users on select MS Office applications as necessary.

9. A passion for technology and drive to build enterprise systems
10. Knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security
11. Prior experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
12. Solid understanding of design practices and system architecture
13. Contributed to creating reference architecture and standards towards security best practices
14. Project management skills and agile practices knowledge
