The Role
:
As a Client Manager, you will support the firm's strategic goals by managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage client portfolios, ensuring efficient service delivery.
2. Coordinate with department heads for client consultancy needs.
3. Assist Directors in managing client portfolios.
4. Provide feedback, training, and support to team members.
5. Prepare fee notes and communicate with clients to influence decisions.
6. Delegate tasks and provide feedback to junior staff.
7. Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget constraints.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance client service and business improvement.
9. Visit client premises as needed.
Requirements:
10. Previously worked as a Client Manager or in a similar role.
11. ACCA / ACA qualified.
12. Proven experience in client relationship management.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
