Could this be you? • Lead and deliver the end-to-end email and SMS strategy • Planning of the email content calendar, ensuring a minimum 15 email sends per month working 1 month ahead • Responsible for the email process from planning, creative briefing and deployment via our EPS, ensuring all campaigns are sent on time • Closely collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and education teams to ensure multi-channel content in campaigns • Closely collaborate with creative team on requirements, amends and creative ideas to ensure all customer facing communications are elevated and relevant • Responsible for all email campaign copy writing • Responsible, via our EPS, for deciding segmentation and targeted messaging for all campaigns • Lead the email testing strategy from planning, implementation and analysis. • Weekly reporting; extracting data from the ESP and data reporting tools, updating reports and dissecting results. • Ongoing management reporting on email results with granular analysis by segment and campaign • Distribute quarterly email results and insights • Ongoing testing of the quality and consistency of email data capture across all touch points. • Flow management: continuous optimisations of all current transactional and educational flows • Implement new flows to our portfolio to drive additional always on revenue, reporting on success and challenges • Working with the senior CRM manager on the Dermalogica members loyalty programme • Working with the senior CRM manager on the Dermalogica subscription programme • Supporting the senior CRM manger with adhoc projects for other channels outside of email. Do you have the below skills? • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the email marketing channel; ideally within the retail sector • 2 years’ experience using an ESP; preferably with Klaviyo email and SMS/MMS marketing • Confident using Excel • Confident in using Photoshop/figma/canva • Able to work reactively based on trends or omnichannel support • Analytical background and enjoyment working with data • Excellent copy writing skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure • Strong desire to learn with the ability to work independently • An enthusiastic and proactive team player What is in it for you?
