The Role
1. Lead and deliver a new programme across multiple therapy areas.
2. Researching and interviewing patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers to gain a true understanding of what it is like to live with a condition or disease.
3. Content development for each project, storytelling using different elements to create engaging and compelling immersive experiences.
4. Writing interactive challenges delivered via the mobile App, writing role-playscripts, producing media contents and using physical props.
5. Testing and retesting the experience to ensure the function is challenging and practicable – collecting feedback.
6. Building and creating clients’ relationships, to understand their goals and to share progress as new programmes are built.

8. Exceptional writing skills; copywriter, journalist, script writer, medical comms writer etc.
9. Must have worked within healthcare in some capacity.
10. Must be able to demonstrate something you have created that is creative and engaging.
11. Demonstrate the ability to creatively engage with audiences through your writing.
12. Willing to engage with technology, there will be lots of training, so no programming skills required, just a desire to learn about the tech.
13. Eager to learn, with the offering being so unique they appreciate that you will have to learn all the aspects that go into creating such an immersive experience.
14. You must be independent; the role is 100% remote with support meetings virtually with other creatives taking place once a week and company social events twice a year.
15. A strong communicator, a client facing role that requires confidence and excellent written and verbal skills.
