If you're organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you ??Salary: £25,367.38 per year ??Contract: Permanent, full time ?Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm) ??Location: This is a hybrid role where you'll work from our Milton Keynes office at least one day a week. For the first two weeks, you'll need to be in the office every day for training. ?Snapshot of your role Handle customer inquiries, referring them to the appropriate team or external organisations when needed. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Log and assess reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, ensuring they are addressed within set timescales. Prepare and send letters and documents, including mail merges. Maintain accurate customer and property records and update systems. Support tenancy checks, reviews, and verifications. Assist in preparing case documentation for legal processes. Process customer requests and invoices in line with procedures. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies. Follow guidance from the Successful Tenancies Team Leader. ??Your toolkit for success Experience working in a customer-facing role. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work effectively with team members, other teams, and external agencies. Strong IT skills with the ability to process data quickly and accurately. Clear and effective communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Able to follow procedures carefully. Demonstrated empathy towards customer challenges. While not essential, knowledge of tenancy terms and conditions along with experience in anti-social behaviour resolution / tenancy services would be advantageous.
