We have a brand-new opportunity for a Group Systems Support Team Leader to join our growing team. Reporting to the Group Systems Business Partner, this role will involve leading a team who provide support to Acturis users to resolve day-to-day queries ensuring a consistent use of the system throughout the group.
The team have a key role in providing systems integration support to our newly acquired and existing broker businesses.
It is essential that the role holder can work both with direction and on their own initiative, managing their own workload and supporting the team to achieve tight deadlines.
The role holder should have the ability to think commercially, appreciate and consider wider implications when recommending change and consider how any changes can be positively communicated across the business.
Knowledge & Skills Required
The role-holder will:
* have good leadership skills and be enthusiastic about supporting staff to develop;
* be articulate and confident, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
* have an interest in assuring the quality of client outcomes;
* have experience using the Acturis system (an understanding of Configuration, e-trade and accounting is an advantage but not a requirement);
* have professional and technical skills gained from within an insurance broking environment;
* have the ability to get buy-in from others and work collaboratively to support colleagues;
* have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
* be emotionally astute;
* have a good understanding of change management;
* be numerate, fully IT literate and comfortable with data and analytics;
* have good working knowledge of excel to support the production of reports;
* have good attention to detail and the ability to work to key designated timescales.

* Maintain awareness of all risk-related issues and ensure compliance with the group’s policies and procedures.
