Support effective supply chain management through to customer order management as Customer Supply Executive.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Navigate the end-to-end process from order receipt to dispatch.
* Sales Conditions: Manage sales conditions in SAP, ensuring pricing accuracy.
* Customer Relationship: Be the frontline support for our customers and internal teams.
* Investigate and resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborative: Partner with sales teams to ensure orders are flawless.
* Logistics: Maintain regular contact with logistics providers to facilitate smooth deliveries.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency projects.
* Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP & Excel.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Previous FMCG customer facing experience.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive mindset, eager to contribute to process improvement.
