Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Horsham, free parking Salary: Up to £34k pa basic salary plus commission, company car, private healthcare. Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm, 1 day working from home. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for a client based in Horsham. Ideally you would have experience in IT/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or FMCG, however this is not a deal breaker This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving company growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing sales strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. The ideal Business Development Manager will have / be: Proven Business Development experience (mandatory) B2B or B2C experience Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
