Enthusiastic, energetic Office Assistant/Administrator required to join successful Mayfair based Property Development / Investment firm. You will be integral to the office and there is huge scope to develop, you will join a friendly, sociable and supportive team. Ideally immediately available to start on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key duties:
•Being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office, ensuring meeting rooms are organised and prepped.•Managing inboxes and diary management.•Event co-ordination both internal for the team, socials along with assisting with external client events.•Liaising and coordinating with office suppliers and maintenance contractors (I.T. helpdesk, mobile providers).•If you are interesting in property you will be given the opportunity to shadow the property development team.Ideal candidate:•1-2 years office administration/reception experience within a professional office environment.•Excellent eye for detail with impeccable communication and customer service skills.•Highly organised and an enthusiastic team player. •A ‘can do’ proactive worth ethic.This is a varied role with scope for progression and develop within a friendly, supportive, professional team of over 50 staff.**ANGELA MORTIMER PLC ACT AS A RECRUITMENT BUSINESS FOR THIS ROLE** -
