Provide efficient administrative support and co-ordination to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing department. The team are looking to recruit an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Administrator on a full time, permanent basis located at Force Headquarters, Ripley. You will maintain the efficient running and progression of weekly clinics from arranging appointments, greeting appointees and maintaining the progression of case files. What You’ll Be Doing Accurately process medical reports and record information on systems. Co-ordinate and arrange events and meetings in liaison with other professionals and service providers. Develop materials to support training events, health and wellbeing initiatives and clinical case conferences. The must haves Educated to NVQ Level 1 or above and/or have equivalent experience. Able to compile and present data, maintain and update records accurately. Experience of communicating with a wide range of people both verbally and in writing.
