Beamish is looking to recruit two operational leads to take responsibility for the daily operation of an area within the Food and Beverage team focusing on the day-to-day operation, food production and stock. Consistently deliver high quality service of food and beverage across the museum s exhibits and outlets. To follow all food safety requirements, keeping areas clean, tidy and ready for the days business.
