About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers who are looking to gain practical classroom experience before pursuing formal teacher training. Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students are actively engaged in their learning.
* Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Support students in achieving lesson objectives by addressing any questions or concerns.
* Work across multiple secondary schools, gaining experience in a variety of settings and classrooms.
