What you’ll do
* As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking a talented Analytics Manager responsible for partnering with business for all Data & Analytics (D&A) related data products & reporting services delivered within Vodafone UK.
* Work closely with multiple business units such as Trading, Product, Base Marketing, and Finance.
* Be the primary point of contact for collecting business requirements, defining priorities, and establishing the delivery roadmap.
* Leverage business expertise and technical know-how to understand the objectives of multiple business areas and establish the vision and roadmap on how our D&A capabilities can help them accelerate their business objectives.
* Be the product owner of your squad and align with business priorities matching to D&A capacity.
* Own the team backlog and champion an agile mindset to ensure that your squads deliver according to a regular sprint cadence, including resourcing, plans, and prioritisation.
* Proactively work with the wider D&A team to drive cohesive solutions across all areas and achieve effective use of our resources managed through Data and Analytics delivery squads.
* Build trusted collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring clear communications with senior stakeholders across business and IT.
* Provide day-to-day direction to your squad and manage the outcomes of activities across a cross-functional team consisting of both offshore and onshore SMEs.
Who you are
* Experienced in stakeholder relationship management of Data & Analytics customers across the specific business unit at all levels.
* Deliver data and insight providing a centralised suite of regular reports for use by wider teams and for feeding into business stakeholders to monitor trends and performance.
* Build and prioritise FY Roadmap in alignment with the 9+15 process.
* Drive creative use of Vodafone data and information, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities, models, and available data.
* Experienced in requirements analysis, data transformation, and testing and validation of data quality of data & reporting requirements.
