Head of Regional Operations Management/ Country Manager
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the overall management of the region, responsible for the achievement of regional sales performance targets, responsible for regional customer management and market development;
2. Responsible for regional team management, including regional company sales, business orders, after-sales service, and technical support.
3. Daily management, work assignment, performance evaluation, promotion and empowerment of administrative personnel, financial and legal personnel;
4. Responsible for the formation of regional teams, including personnel recruitment, performance design, organizational structure, personnel dismissal, etc.;
5. Responsible for cooperation with the back-end management team, including task decomposition, work reporting, system implementation, etc.;
6. Responsible for the planning and implementation of regional marketing activities, including exhibitions, channel activities, etc.;
7. Responsible for regional customer order management and inventory management, agent agreement signing and sales task contract;
8. Local legal representative, responsible for docking customers on behalf of the company, responsible for the daily operation of the subsidiary.
Job Requirements:
1. Regional & Industry Experience: More than 2 years of sales experience in household storage, photovoltaic and inverter related to the target area such as Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Central Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe;
2. Performance requirements: In the past 2 years, the sales performance of an individual or responsible team is 100 million yuan or more;
3. Management ability requirements: have overseas team management experience, can manage a team of 5-8 people;
4. Language requirements: proficient in English, mastery of local language is preferred, mastery of Chinese is a plus;
5. Other requirements: have entrepreneurial spirit;
