JOB SUMMARY As a Senior Administrator you will perform general Administration duties including the completion of weekly cost capture spread sheets and HR related paperwork. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Health, Safety and Compliance Comply with H&S audit requirements Actively engage workforce in Safety Culture Maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability Maintain systems and processes Finance Dealing with Supplier and invoice enquiries Deal with any procurement needs including assisting in price negotiations Provide accurate reports on spend monthly Work alongside company accountants HR: Record site banked hours including the administration of overtime and records are kept up to date and displayed in a prominent place on a weekly basis. Managing and updating Site HR programme. Keeping accurate records of site employees and ensuring all files are kept up to date. Assisting the Logistic manager in daily activities to include writing letters, taking notes in meeting and general admin tasks. Producing payroll reports monthly General Duties Answering phones and taking messages. Been the main point of entry ( Reception ) Providing site inductions for those required. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED The ideal candidate will have: 3 years experience in administration preferably finance Excellent Excel and Power point skills required Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly. To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to prioritise business requirements Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams.
