The Job In this role you will support the Senior Executive Assistant with the activities of the CEO office, who report directly to the CEO, the role will be to provide secretarial and administrative support, working closely with the SEA and to cover the SEA’s role during holiday periods. Responsibilities Managing CEO’s expenses Recording CEO’s movements, updating travel logs and tracking flight costs for tax allowance purposes. Assistance with the CEO’s diary and schedule Assistance with trip research, booking accommodation and travel, adhering to local visa requirements. Assistance with arranging executive meetings, including booking meeting rooms, catering and videoconferencing equipment. Liaison with CEO office key stakeholders on adhoc projects (PR, Media, Internal Comms) Assistance with customer events, sending invitations on behalf of the CEO and liaising with the Customer Engagement Team and Account Managers. Assistance with preparing customer briefing documentation to ensure CEO is briefed ahead of customer engagement. Other duties as required. Skills & Qualifications Secretarial / PA experience. Attention to detail. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite. Diary management experience preferred but not essential. Travel and expense management experience preferred but not essential. Strong communicator with good people skills. Good written communication. Maintains composure under pressure. Working with changing priorities and to deadlines. Collaborative and team focused.
