TEACHING PERSONNEL ARE SEEKING A DEDICATED AND CONFIDENT INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CAPABLE OF COVERING A RANGE OF LESSONS ACROSS THE ENTIRE CURRICULUM.
Cover supervisors play an integral role within schools to ensure all pupils are gaining continuity in their learning, in the absence of the class teacher.
This role is flexible and can suit individuals whose availability differs each week.
Hours: Flexible
Pay Rate: £95-135 (per day)
Location: B49, Alcester
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a cover supervisor
* Passionate about education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
* Confident with behaviour management techniques and being a strong classroom presence
* Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans accurately and deliver all material confidently
* Maintain a committed stance to safeguarding principles at all times
You will be expected to:
* Deliver pre-set lessons to a range of ages and abilities, covering a wide variety of subjects across the national curriculum
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Report any concerns to the appropriate people within the school, in line with the school's policies and procedures
* Be professional at all times
