I am exclusively looking for an Accounts Assistant for my client based in Ashton in Makerfield. My client is a well established and well run company with very low staff turnover. The role is to work in a team of 3, reporting to the Finance Manager this a great opportunity and duties will include: Account and statement reconciliations Reconciliation of part payments received and miss allocation of payments received Resolving queries on accounts Allocating payments received to accounts Liaising with sales and suppliers regarding payments and queries Offering an excellent level of customer care at all times Updating spreadsheets Looking at analysis and some project work Assisting with credit control when required This role would suit you if you enjoy analysis and reconciliation work, resolving queries and "tidting up accounts".
