Working hours: 37 hours Contract Type: 2 x Fixed Term until 31 st March 2026 / 1 Permanent Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements. The Assets, Maintenance & Repairs section of Housing are looking to recruit three administrative officers to provide a wide range of general administrative, technical and financial support for and on behalf of Caerphilly Homes. The successful candidates will be required to provide accurate and timely advice, information and support to colleagues and customers in the management of functions and tasks, in accordance with procedures and current standards and update and prioritise information, data and systems, including electronic data, finance and information systems in an efficient and effective manner. Further tasks will include maintain cash and finance systems in accordance with payment schedules, financial regulations, standing orders for contracts and related guidance; assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes to support business improvement; assist in the organisation and management of the administrative function. For the role, we ask that you have: A relevant Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example, NVQ2 Administration, GCSEs Grade A-C. Excellent computer literacy, knowledge and understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft packages. Experience of providing administrative support, including data entry and file management.
