We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our data-driven Learning and Design agency. Our clients are premium automotive brands and financial services, offering a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the design output of projects involving modern technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), video production, and other innovative technical developments. You will collaborate with learning designers, project managers, and subject matter experts to create designs that enhance the learning experience for our clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow and evolve within the industry, as we actively support ongoing development to keep you at the forefront of design innovation. Salary: £32500 to £35000 Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality learning materials, including e-learning assets, digital content, interactive presentations and workbooks. Lead design output that supports and enhances learning experiences. Ensure visual consistency across all learning platforms and materials in line with client brand guidelines. Create engaging presentations for workshops and client-facing meetings. Collaborate closely with learning designers and the wider team to create content that aligns with client objectives. Stay informed on the latest design trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and cutting-edge. Essential Skills and Competencies: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, particularly in learning or marketing environments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting. Software Proficiency: The ideal candidate should be proficient in the following software: Required: Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for digital content Desirable: Microsoft PowerPoint Adobe After Effects Sketch or Figma Canva Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency.
